We at Unique Bird House collect only the information necessary to process and fill orders in a timely and business like fashion. This may include such things as: name, phone number, address, e-mail address, etc. We maintain a customer database with the information that you supply to us so that we can efficiently give service to you on repeat orders. This data is secure and not shared with anyone outside of our company. We do not store your credit card information. Credit card information is used specifically for the checkout process only.

We use your order information in the aggregate without it being associated with individuals so that we can maintain an inventory of products which meet the needs of our customers. No names, address, e-mail or other personal information is sold or given to any company or individual.

We reserve the right to use all legal means to recover payment for any items shipped. In case of suspected fraud, hacking into, or otherwise compromising Unique Bird Houses, we reserve the right to provide the information to any legal authorities upon request in order to bring the offending parties to justice.
