Return Policy

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS

With prior notice by telephone or by e-mail, returns of NEW merchandise in its ORIGINAL condition and ORIGINAL packing will be accepted. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item and will NOT include shipping charges in either direction. Please repack the item so as to prevent damage on the return trip.

If an error in shipping has been made, notify us within 5 business days of receipt, and we will do our best to quickly resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If you receive damaged merchandise you believe is due to the carrier (UPS, U.S. Postal Service, etc.) please contact them first for resolution.
